If you would like to request the deletion of your account and any associated data from the Yo Ciudadano app, you may do so at any time using the options below.
How to Request Deletion
You can submit your request by contacting our support team:
- Email: support@yociudadano.com
- Include your registered email address or account ID (if applicable) in your request.
What Happens Next
Upon verifying your identity, we will:
- Delete your account and all associated personal data stored on our servers.
- Notify you via email once the deletion is complete.
- Process your request within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days.
Note: Some minimal records may be retained if required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, security, or compliance obligations).
